Any disputes arising shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of courts located in India.

We do not submit to the jurisdiction of foreign courts.

Handmade & Product Disclaimer

All products sold by Trinay Threads are:

•Handmade

•Small-batch produced

•Crafted using traditional techniques

Due to the artisanal process:

•Slight variations in color, texture, weave, stitching, or print placement are natural.

•These variations are not considered defects.

•Minor irregularities are part of handcrafted authenticity.

By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept this.

Product Representation

We make every effort to display product colors and details accurately.

However:

•Screen settings may cause color variations.

•Lighting conditions may affect appearance.

•We do not guarantee exact digital-to-physical color matching.

Measurements provided are approximate and may have minor variation due to manual production.

Pricing & Currency

All prices are listed in INR (₹) unless otherwise specified.

For international transactions:

•Currency conversion rates are determined by your payment provider.

•We are not responsible for exchange rate differences.

•Bank fees, conversion charges, or transaction fees are the customer’s responsibility.

We reserve the right to modify pricing without prior notice.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes (International Orders)

International customers are fully responsible for:

•Customs duties

•Import taxes

•VAT

•Tariffs

•Clearance fees

These charges are determined by your country’s customs authority.

Trinay Threads:

•Has no control over customs fees.

•Is not responsible for delays due to customs processing.

•Will not refund orders refused due to unpaid customs duties.

If a package is returned due to refusal to pay duties, shipping and handling costs will be deducted from any eligible refund.

Order Acceptance & Cancellation

We reserve the right to:

•Refuse any order at our discretion

•Cancel suspicious or fraudulent transactions

•Limit quantities purchased

If payment has been processed and the order is canceled by us, a full refund will be issued.

We are not obligated to fulfill orders containing pricing errors or technical mistakes.

Shipping & Risk Transfer

Once an order is handed over to the courier:

•Risk of loss transfers to the customer.

•We are not liable for courier delays, damage during transit, or lost packages caused by third-party carriers.

If a shipment is marked as delivered by the courier, it is considered fulfilled.

Incorrect address provided by the customer is the customer’s responsibility.

Returns & Refund Policy

Domestic (India)

•Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery.

•Mandatory unboxing video required for damage or defect claims.

•Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

•Return shipping cost is borne by the customer.

Refunds are processed after inspection.

International Orders

•All international sales are final.

•No returns, exchanges, or refunds once shipped.

•Refused deliveries will not qualify for a full refund.

Shipping costs, customs charges, and payment processing fees are non-refundable.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

•Delayed delivery due to external factors
