DOMESTIC RETURNS (INDIA)
Return Window
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
Eligibility Conditions
To qualify for a return:
* Item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
* All original tags must be intact
* Product must be returned in original packaging
* A clear unboxing video is mandatory
* Return request must be raised within 7 days
Returns requested after 7 days will not be accepted.
Mandatory Unboxing Video
To process any return or refund:
* Record a clear, continuous video while opening the sealed package
* Show the package before opening
* Show the product clearly
* Show any damage/defect in the same video
Without a proper unboxing video, refund requests will not be approved.
Return Shipping (India)
* Customers are responsible for return shipping charges
* Original shipping charges are non-refundable
* We recommend using a trackable courier service
* We are not responsible for lost return shipments
Refund Process (India)
* Refund will be processed after product inspection
* If approved, refund will be issued within 5–7 business days
* Refund will be credited to original payment method
We offer refunds only (no exchanges).
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
We ship worldwide, however international returns are handled differently due to high shipping and customs costs.
